In the UK between 2016 and 2019 over 43,000 vans were stolen – that’s over 30 vans per day – causing both loss and inconvenience to their owners. According to the Commercial Fleet website, the DVLA recorded that in 2020 the most frequently stolen van was the Mercedes- Benz Sprinter 313 CDI followed by the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 314 CDI and the Ford Transit 350. Of these vans, on average, less than one in five were recovered.

Van deadlocks
Deadlocks are locks which usually fit into the door and throw a bolt or hook into a receiving point in the door post or frame of the van, to create an extra locking point for the door. These locks can remain unlocked, allowing the operator to use the manufacturer’s locks as normal, until additional security is needed.

  • Dependable and robust, the mechanical deadlock remains firmly locked when you engage the key and protects your vehicle from the majority of attack types.
  • Available as a hook-locking deadlock, bolstering structural integrity
  • Strong and dependent locking system that operates alongside standard manufacturer locking mechanisms.

Statement locks
Unlike other locks, statement locks are mounted externally on doors and provide both a visual deterrent and an additional layer of security to your van. It can also be fitted in a high door (anti-door peel/bending) position. The other benefits are that it can be keyed alike with other products like the deadlocks, slamlocks and Replock, unlike the Ultimate lock which is on a different style of key. Please note, Statement locks are not available as slamlocks.

  • Can be upgraded with a Slam Handle to maximise security and protect against multiple attack types

Replocks
Replocks are a direct replacement to the current Ford drivers door lock, and require no drilling of your van door. They are drill and pick resistant and come as standard with a security bezel to prevent the lock from being twisted. This makes the Replock affordable, but still a high-security option when fitted in conjunction with other van locks we offer.

  • Direct replacement cylinder for OE (Original Equipment) locks
  • High-security alternative to factory locks

Ultimate locks
